- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Meet with clients at home or place of business for face-to-face consultation.
- Take measurements and photos and put together a design plan for proper heating and cooling.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their personal needs and desires.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in an in-home environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
