The People Development team at Meta makes it easy for Meta employees to learn fast and build the future. People Development is part of the broader People team and includes Leadership Development, Executive Development, Growth Programs, and Skills Development. We are seeking a People Development Program Manager, Onboarding to join our team at Meta. In this critical role, you will be responsible for connecting newly hired engineers to our company, environment, and community through compelling programs and experiences. You will work closely with various stakeholders to manage Bootcamp Live and related onboarding programs.Program Manager, People Development ResponsibilitiesManage our flagship Bootcamp Live program at Meta headquarters and help build out the end-to-end onboarding experiences in support of our mission and business leadsLead weekly Bootcamp Live at Meta headquarters, acting as host and facilitatorSource and manage executive presenters and panelists for programming, providing feedbackCommunicate up, down, and across to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacyPartner with cross-functional teams to provide onboarding experiences by designing and executing innovative, scalable solutions that inspire, connect and prepare new hires for building the future of MetaStay ahead business changes and proactively update orientation content to be relevant and engagingEngage with new engineers directly through community building and seizing in-the-moment connection opportunitiesTrack and analyze the impact of Onboarding Programs with analytics partners. Provide actionable insights and develop recommendations for continuous improvementFosters collaboration and demonstrates leadership with others to achieve shared goalsEager to work in an intense volume, fast-paced, high-expectations environmentMinimum Qualifications6+ years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, Tech, Event Management, Marketing, Communications or similarAccomplished in public facilitating with proven experience to lead, motivate, and engage participantsCustomer service, communication and cross group collaboration experienceProven capacity for context-switching and connecting the dots across many different topics and stakeholders at all levelsProven organizational skills, effective communications skills, and experience shifting seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasksFluent in Microsoft and Google SuiteFlexibility to travel to other Meta offices on an as-needed basis is requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting organizations through scale and changeFacilitation certificationExperience with data analysis and insight reportingProject Management certificationFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click for additional information.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
