The XTS team focuses on people, process, and performance across the organization. The Technical Program Manager responsibilities include third-party software delivery partnership management, including DevOps, contract reporting, performance, and financial metrics.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:Responsible for third-party software delivery governance, including DevOps, performance, and financial metrics.Partner closely with delivery team leads, procurement, finance, and business operations.Create and execute a Governance Model that tracks, measures, and communicates partner delivery execution and performance.Manages XTO’s partner portfolio, driving software development optimization, time-to-value, and financials.Monitor and analyze vendor performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication with vendors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.What You’ll Need:7+ years of professional experience in IT Software Development, Procurement, Vendor Management or shared services environmentDeep understanding of software delivery, Agile, DevOps, procurement, vendor ecosystem, services, etc.Strategic thinker with relevant Program/Portfolio Management and Technical Operations experience combined with strong partnership, collaboration, and communication skills.Self-starter, curious, growth mindset, highly organized, detail-oriented, team playerStrong passion for software delivery, process, partnerships, and operational excellence.Self-starter, curious, growth mindset, highly organized, detail-oriented, team playerStrong passion for operational excellence.Disclaimer:This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
