Of course, you'll needsome skills- judgment, math and the ability tomulti-task.Duties & Responsibilities: General managersare responsible for everything that happensduring the shift. This includes cost control,inventory control, cash control and customerrelations. You set the tone and the example forthe store and you have to be on your game100% of the time!Your job responsibilities would include (but arenot limited to):
  • Perform all the duties of the Customer
Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees
during your scheduled shift.
  • Responsible for all store operations.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a
smile (yes, you even have to smile when youanswer the phone)!
  • Operating the cash register and collecting
payment from customers.
  • Making fast, accurate and consistent products
while complying with all portion sizes, recipesand baking procedures.
  • Delivering product by vehicle from the store to
the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from
the first thing the customer sees all the way tothe back of the store.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all
times in compliance within the Domino's PizzaGrooming Standards.What are we looking for?The good news is we can teach you how toanswer the phone and make a perfect pizza.But here are a few skills you should have to bea successful General Manager:
  • Experience leading a team; during your shift,
you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to30 people. You will need to use your stellarattitude and motivational skills to get them inthe right place, at the right time and doing theright thing all while creating a great place towork.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass
a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is apriority for us and we want to make sureanyone we put on the road is safe to be there.You will also need access to reliable vehiclethat is insured and have a valid driver's license

Height of work surfaces is between 36 and 48.WalkingFor short distances for short durationsSittingPaperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or tableLiftingBulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'.Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.CarryingLarge cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves.Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
