You will be heroes in your communities protecting people, property, and wildlife. A successful Wildlife Service Technician needs to be motivated, energetic, and creative with outstanding communication skills.Your daily activities include…

Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
Inspect and identify properties for wildlife damage including on roofs, in attics, and in crawlspaces
Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties
Perform exclusion work to prevent the reentry of wildlife into homes and businesses
Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices
Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment
Identify and communicate any safety-related obstacles and lead with a safety-first mindset

QualificationsWhat does the work environment look like?We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Ability to work in different types of weather conditions

What do you need to be successful?

No Experience Required – Customer Service, General Labor, or Construction Experience is a plus!
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers
