We are currently looking for a Software Engineer Senior Consultant I (.NET/C#) in the United States.We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement robust web and backend applications. In this role, you will take ownership of full technology stacks, apply test-driven development, and leverage continuous integration and delivery practices to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to architectural and design decisions while keeping user experience and simplicity at the forefront.   • Application Development – Develop and maintain scalable web and backend applications using .NET/C#, ensuring secure and maintainable code.
  • Frontend & Backend Collaboration – Build and implement front-end services (web or mobile) and backend APIs, adhering to MVC architecture and modern web standards.
  • Agile & Iterative Delivery – Participate in iteration planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to improve processes and deliver high-quality software efficiently.
  • Test-Driven Development & CI/CD – Apply test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration/delivery/deployment practices.
  • System Design & Knowledge Sharing – Collaborate with team members to design systems, share knowledge, and contribute to team growth.
  • Customer-Focused Implementation – Ensure that design and technology choices align with customer needs and simplify user experiences.
  • Support & Maintenance – Provide ongoing support for software products in user environments and contribute to debugging and troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C# backend development for enterprise applications (preferred).
  • Experience with MVC architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or Blazor.
  • Solid understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write and optimize complex T-SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across both front-end and back-end environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Knowledge of paired programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
