- Review and inspect all aspects of the sales process from start to finish.
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.
- Submitting applications and working with lenders for finance and lease deals.
- Presenting all optional products, including Protection plans, GAP, Service contracts and Finance agreements for customer approval.
- Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
- Work closely with sales team on implementation of proper selling processes.
- Set and maintain department work schedule.
