They operate 2 production shifts, with sanitation on the 3rd shift, and employ just under 250 dedicated team members.Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor (5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.) to join the team. This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes responsibility, and is quick on their feet. Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the 1st shift maintenance team
Oversee repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of food manufacturing equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support production operations with minimal downtime
Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff
Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
7+ years of maintenance experience within food production or industrial manufacturing
Strong leadership skills and accountability
Experience with ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyor belts, pneumatics, and hydraulics is a plus
