Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Physician Assistant (PA-C) Primary Care Clinic, Rural Health Full-Time, Permanent, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM $90K–$105K + Sign-On Bonus + Excellent Benefits Henry County, Kentucky HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a primary care team within a collaborative atmosphere. Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Physician Assistant (PA-C) Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
  • See 25 – 30 patients daily
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations
  • Provide education on health management & disease prevention
  • Maintain documentation using electronic health records (EHR)
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Physician Assistant (PA-C) Qualifications:
  • For FNPs: MSN or DNP, board certification (ANCC or AANP), active state NP license.
  • For PAs: Master’s degree from accredited PA program, NCCPA certification, active state license.
  • 3+ years of experience in family practice or primary care preferred.
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA-C) Compensation:
  • $90K – $105K Annual Salary
