- Provide comprehensive primary care, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- See 25 – 30 patients daily
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state regulations
- Provide education on health management & disease prevention
- Maintain documentation using electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- For FNPs: MSN or DNP, board certification (ANCC or AANP), active state NP license.
- For PAs: Master’s degree from accredited PA program, NCCPA certification, active state license.
- 3+ years of experience in family practice or primary care preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
- $90K – $105K Annual Salary
