The Maintenance Supervisor and the team are the “Jack of All Trades” maintaining equipment mechanically, electrically and at times improving the process. What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise the 1st shift Maintenance Team, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant equipment
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled machine service.
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred or a strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience leading and working beside a small team.
  • Experience with a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
  • Welding experience preferred but not required.
  • Safety minded with ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
