Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.Responsibilities for this PositionROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:As a systems engineer for the Littoral Combat Ship, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for completing AIT installations onboard US Navy ships along with supporting sustainment activities onboard US Navy ships.We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: TSCE knowledge, VMware knowledge, Fiber Termination skills, copper connector skills, Navigation knowledge, network knowledge (Cisco switches) and ECS (engineering control system) knowledge. Participating on the engineering work team, you’ll develop, implement, install, test, modify and/or operate complex equipment and systems as well as support other team members concerning experiment design, materials, equipment setup/maintenance and related issues.What you’ll experience:

- A Bachelor’s of Science or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree

- Demonstrate technical competence in the setup, monitoring and documentation of experiments and/or lab equipment
