What you will be doing as a Small Commercial Account Manager…Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a proactive, service-driven approachOversee account renewals and the marketing of new and renewal businessMaintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholdersCoordinate with resources such as Claims, Legal, Safety, and Marketing when neededIdentify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client servicePrepare materials for client meetings and attend as neededRespond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage and serviceCollaborate with service teams to ensure seamless account managementMentor and support team members as a subject matter expert Skills you ideally bring to the table as a Senior Account Manager…High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred6–8 years of experience in the commercial insurance industryActive Property & Casualty Insurance licenseProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilitiesExperience with EPIC Agency Management Software preferredAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamLearn more about Saige Partners on or .Hours you will be work as a Small Commercial Account ManagerMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After 90 days, enjoy a hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
