Our broad spectrum of practices and entrepreneurial spirit allow our staff exceptional opportunities for professional achievement and career growth.The Conflicts Attorney will be responsible for assisting with the review, identification and resolution of any potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, matters, as well as new hires. The Conflicts Attorney will be actively following up on conflicts clearance with all responsible parties handling new engagements. The Conflicts Attorney will also be conducting comprehensive, daily reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports and resolving any identified issues in a timely manner.This position is available as a fully remote work schedule. Scheduled work hours will be 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST.Key Responsibilities
Review and provide thorough and timely analysis of all Firm new business to identify ethical and business conflicts of interest
Utilize available internal and external databases, communication with Partners, other lawyers and business services colleagues to follow up on and resolve all potential conflicts of interest
Maintain thorough, accurate and current records of all conflicts resolutions in database to ensure integrity of the database and assist in identification and clearing of future conflicts of interest
Assisting Executive Assistants, lawyers and staff in understanding the Firm’s new matter intake, conflicts, Anti Money Laundering, and other compliance procedures.

Requirements
Juris Doctor degree required
1+ year of Conflicts experience preferred
The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto, but other locations may be listed. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows:New York, Palo Alto, and San Francisco: $56.19 - $76.02 per hourAustin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Seattle and all other locations: $50.67 - $68.56 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE).
