DescriptionProtein Conversion SupervisorThis position will address and facilitate a sound manufacturing process that will include but is not limited to production goals, quality, safety, employee morale, etc. The shift supervisor will also communicate with all hourly partners and be the liaison between upper management and the hourly partners.
