Candidates should have 4+ years of complex litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, and an interest in high-level insurance coverage litigation, dispute analysis, and coverage assessments. Associates work collaboratively with partners and clients and are key members of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Drafting complex case evaluations, drafting pleadings, motions and other litigation documents
Working on all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal where relevant
Conducting legal research and writing memoranda
Conducting, propounding and responding to discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions)
Working with clients, witnesses, experts and other counsel
Analyzing insurance coverage and extra-contractual disputes, including drafting coverage opinions or other coverage analyses
