- Oversee pre-renewal meetings and manage client expectations.
- Facilitate policy reviews, make changes, negotiate and re-market with carriers.
- Bind policies; the producer will close the deal and gather signatures.
- Manage a high volume of small business and small commercial accounts (Contractors, Restaurants, Hotels, Retail, etc.).
- Work primarily in-office, with potential for hybrid work after training.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Commercial Account Manager.
- Experience within independent broker firms only (no American Family, Farmers, State Farm, etc. captives or carriers).
- Proficient in managing pre-renewal meetings, understanding coverage changes, making policy changes, negotiating and re-marketing with carriers, as well as processing certificates and endorsements.
- Adaptable to a blended work environment (3 or 4 days a week in-office and 1 or 2 days remote).
