We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate finance, budgeting, and public accounting.Duties:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
- Maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Mentor junior staff members to enhance their accounting skillsExperience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred)
- Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to work with HQ team members
- Proven experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and public accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
