  • Create VIP-worthy stays by greeting owners and guests with genuine hospitality, handling check-ins/outs, and resolving issues with ease.
  • Keep operations running smoothly by managing reservations, payments, and daily tasks, while assisting with maintenance requests, inspections, and minor upkeep.
  • Be the hub of communication by working closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to keep everything seamless and guest-ready.
  • Care for our lodge by maintaining public spaces, assisting with breakfast service and events, and tackling light maintenance projects.
  • Share your local know-how by providing expert recommendations, booking activities, and assisting with luggage and shipping for a hassle-free guest experience.
Location: Poste Montane- Beaver Creek, COStart date: ASAPEmployment type: Full Time, Year Round.Pay: $23 - $26 / hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus (1/2 paid after 60 days, 1/2 paid after 90 days)Schedule: 8hrs/day; Saturday-Wednesday; hours may varyPosting Closes: 9/22/2025 or when filledIdeal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, think quickly on their feet, and communicate effectively while working well with others. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with prior customer service experience. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable using various office equipment and familiar with property management software (RDPWIN) and Microsoft Office.
