You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and campaign teams to bring initiatives to life—from public events to storytelling strategies.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing PR and communications strategies for nonprofit campaignsCoordinate on-site community events, manage logistics, and represent our clients to the publicEngage in face-to-face conversations to share nonprofit missions and campaign goalsHelp design and distribute branded outreach materials, flyers, and signageTrack campaign metrics such as audience engagement, foot traffic, and outreach successMaintain positive relationships with event partners, venue managers, and volunteersContribute ideas in campaign planning, strategy sessions, and post-event debriefsResearch and pitch new outreach opportunities to expand campaign visibility✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:Are passionate about nonprofit work, communications, or cause-based marketingHave strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsAre confident engaging with the public in high-traffic settings and community eventsThrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAre detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take initiativeAre 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework in communications, marketing, or PR a plus)💡 No prior experience required!
