1) Document incidents, solutions, and processes for knowledge base updates.
2) Work closely with business users and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
3) Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high user satisfaction .
4)Monitor and respond to support tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner.Required Qualifications:
1)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2) 1 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or analyst roles.
3) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
