- Reviews and consolidates Army Program Budget Brief (APBB) input.
- Renders input in preparation for high-level meetings with customers, senior Army officers and civilians, corporate executives, government action officers, and other vendors. This input may be narrative or charts and should be of a quality that little rework is required by senior analyst or PM.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors and 10 years concentrated in the functional responsibility area of the position OR a Masters and 8 years concentrated in the functional responsibility area of the position.
- Prior relevant experience in Executive Assistant and/or Operations preferred.
- Experience collecting and analyzing Program Review (Deep Dive), Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR), and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) briefings.
- Possess working knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Knowledgeable of Army business processes regarding multiple types of appropriations to include Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA), Aircraft Procurement Army (APA) and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E)
- Experience reviewing travel orders and authorizations in Defense Travel System in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
- Experience with Program Elements (PE), MDEPs, and Subactivity Groups (SAGs).
- Experience in coordinating and collecting requirements for Audits (DoD Inspector General (DoD IG), Army Audit Agency (AAA), Government Accountability Office (GAO), etc)
- Government travel experience required to include knowledge of foreign clearance guide requests.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Must be detailed-oriented and organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with good command of English language both oral and written.
- A professional appearance and professional telephone manner is essential.
- Active Secret Security clearance and the ability to maintain a security clearance required.

- Travel: May require travel up to 5%.

- Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required
