
Test Technician III (1st Shift: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

- Responsible to ensure that all reliability tests are complete as per the schedule including sample acquiring, testing, & data entry. Support new test equipment development. Identify and/or implement test and measurement system improvements that increase test throughput and equipment performance. Troubleshoot day-to-day reliability test equipment and priority issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) with minimum 2 years work experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) with minimum 5 years working experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
- High School Diploma with minimum 7 years working experience in a manufacturing or lab environment.
- Calibration/testing/measurement experience is an added advantage.
- Proven communications skills and attention to detail.
- Average to excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, SQL).
- Good team player.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Average to excellent ability to use tools and operating equipment is required (micrometers, multi-meters, power supplies and data logger).
- Possess intermediate knowledge of JMP and SQL application.
- Good leadership skill is required.
- Ability to operate a forklift is required.
- Proven mechanical skills.
- General electrical/electronic knowledge

- Able to perform basic data analysis using JMP and SQL application.
- Able to prepare and update basic summary reports for reliability investigations and reliability test metrics.
- Responsible to perform baseline and posttest measurement for all standard Reliability tests.
- Responsible for safely loading and operating all standard Reliability Stress Test equipment.
- Responsible for processing warranty returns.
- Perform data entry for Reliability testing.
- Responsible for ensuring that all the tests and measurements are complete per the schedule.
- Responsible for communicating immediately any abnormal findings on the product or testing equipment.
- Willing to work long hours and weekends to support any testing or measurement.
- Adheres to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.
- Responsible for assisting in any other task or job assigned by supervisor.
- Identify durability/stability defects and issues and communicate to appropriate personnel (Level 1 failure analysis and troubleshooting).

- $22.60-$32.21 Hourly.
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
- Will exert up to 50 pounds of force to lift, push or pull on a seldom basis.
- Will lift, push, or pull up to 27 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Will lift up to 51 pounds on an occasional basis, according to work instructions.
- Will lift up to 37 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Will push or pull up to 27 pounds of force on an occasional basis.
- Will push or pull up to 10 pounds of force on a frequent basis.
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis.
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards.
