We are seeking a Global AI Channel Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for co-creating and deploying HP's AI strategy in the channel, understanding and addressing the needs of our channel partners, and coordinating with HP global and market teams to deploy global AI initiatives. This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills and ability to develop a deep understanding of AI and its applications in the channel.Responsibilities:Define and drive the implementation of HP Channel AI Strategy worldwide.Articulate and help sell the HP AI value proposition for channel partnersCollect, understand, and synthesize role-based requirements for channel trainings around AIFormulate short and long-term AI project roadmaps, form matrix project teams, articulate workstreams, drive the team interaction cadence and own the overall project progress, monitoring and intervening on gaps.Update and collect input from a large group of internal international stakeholders including senior managers and data scientists.Articulate requirements for internal execution stakeholders such as sales operations and IT teams.Engage with selected channel partners on AI projects, presenting them the deliverables and collecting their feedback and requirements.Produce, curate and maintain up to date internal and external communication about the project progress.Contribute to the HP AI strategy formulation.Organize & moderate briefings, trainings and feedback meetings with market channel program leads and market channel sales teams.Govern timelines and KPI dashboards.Qualifications and skills:5-10 years of work experience with data analytics and/or data-centric business management.Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business with strong quantitative content and performance.Demonstrated ability to understand AI and its applications in the channelDemonstrated success in coordinating and deploying data-related activities with IT channel partners.Strong demonstrated international project management skills.Strong demonstrated ability to manipulate large data quantities using appropriate tools.Understanding of data analysis and management concepts.Strong communicator with an energetic, positive approach and teamwork capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.A self-starter with the ability to launch and finish activities.Strong business acumen, business and customer oriented.Creative mind with ability to think outside of the box.Strong ability to produce and manage external and internal presentation and training materials, staying on brand and on message with strong visualizations.Ability to lead in a virtual collaboration environment.Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data and to take action based on them.Job - Business PlanningSchedule - Full timeShift - No shift premium (United States of America)Travel - 25%Relocation -Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) -HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
