Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring that all messaging aligns with the company's objectives and enhances our brand voice across multiple platforms (excluding social media). The ideal candidate is organized, articulate, and skilled in both written and verbal communication.ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, editing, and proofreading company communications, including memos, newsletters, reports, and press materials.Coordinate communication between departments and assist in maintaining internal documentation.Support the execution of communication strategies and campaigns.Schedule and prepare content for meetings, briefings, and presentations.Maintain and update communication templates and resources.Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to align messaging across business units.Track communication metrics and prepare summary reports.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or support role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience with internal communications tools is a plus.Additional InformationBenefitsCompetitive salary ($59,000–$65,000 annually)Opportunities for professional growth and career advancementComprehensive training and mentorshipCollaborative and supportive team environmentHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays
