- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects. This may include creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support various operational initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and managing communications.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year associate’s or 4-year bachelor’s program in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
- OR currently enrolled in a trade school program such as Mechatronics, Welding, Machining, Electrical Technology, etc.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to operational excellence in a professional environment.
