- support the branch by covering the desk, greeting clients, and handling branch phone calls
- support the branch management team administratively including invoicing, supplies, and records management
- assist with incoming and outgoing mail and checks
- support Financial Advisors with daily tasks including new account opening, client requests, and account management
- coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
- proven written and verbal communication skill
- independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
