Responsibilities: • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Show a track record of real estate success • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience About Company: Our team is rapidly expanding!
