- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Client Managers to achieve performance targets, improve retention, and deliver exceptional client service.
- Strategic Client Oversight: Act as the senior escalation point for high-value accounts, ensuring swift resolution of issues and long-term client success.
- Growth & Retention: Oversee strategic account planning, renewals, and expansion initiatives across the client portfolio.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize best practices for account management processes, reporting, and communication workflows.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support to align strategies and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics, client feedback, and compliance trends to inform strategy and optimize client lifecycle outcomes.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate and consistent tracking of client engagement, renewals, and team activity within Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives that enhance the client journey, drive efficiency, and strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading client management, account management, or customer success teams—preferably in healthcare, compliance, or SaaS.
- Team Builder: Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing client-facing teams.
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategies that drive account growth and improve retention.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- CRM Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for client and performance management.
- Organizational Strength: Skilled at balancing competing priorities, managing escalations, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Earning Potential: Base salary of $80K–$90K, with OTE of $140K+, including leadership bonuses and uncapped team incentives.
