  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
  • End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
  • Experience as a functional application specialist
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  • The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
  • Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
Must have 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role.Strong experience and Functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud such as Project Contract Billing Cloud Service, Project Financials Cloud Service, Project Management Cloud Service, Project Resource Management Cloud Service and Task Management Cloud Service.Understanding of Project accounting and capital asset business process such Project Structures, Asset Creation & Maintenance, Unitization, RetirementExperience is at least 3 full cycle Oracle PPM implementations on the cloudYou will have experience in the following areas:
  • Oracle Cloud (SaaS): PPM (Portfolio Project Management), Project Financial Management, Grants Management and Project Execution Management
  • Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and Smartview
  • Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology
  • Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs
  • Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables
  • Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $200,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
