Basic understanding of AI & Machine Learning
Experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar
Proficiency in scripting test cases and API test automation using Python
Experience with CI/CD integration using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with AI/LLM-specific QA frameworks
Knowledge of evaluation metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, BERTScore
Experience with data validation tools like Great Expectations or Deequ
Familiarity with performance testing techniques for LLM-powered services
Leadership experience in defining QA strategies and leading test automation teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain test cases for AI-driven agent systems
Collaborate with development teams, AI specialists, and product owners
Ensure AI agents perform accurately and efficiently in real-world scenarios
Develop and implement test frameworks for LLM outputs
Conduct performance testing including latency, throughput, and stress testing
