This position designs and supports computer-based simulation scenarios that replicate real-world battlefield operations. The Developer ensures scenario fidelity, integration with mission command systems, and provides instruction for Army-approved simulations like VBS3 and DXTRS.Key Responsibilities:Design and manage simulation scenarios per event OPORDs.Develop simulation databases and conduct classroom instruction.Integrate simulations with MCS platforms to enhance training realism.Perform system backups, data recovery, and monthly maintenance checks.Provide over-the-shoulder support during execution of training events.Minimum Qualifications:3+ years of experience with Army simulation platforms.Knowledge of scenario development and OPORD-based training.Experience with DXTRS, VBS3, and simulation scripting tools.Familiarity with Army doctrine, event planning, and simulation networking.*Position contingent on contract win.Summit is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
