You'll join a group of like-minded people who care deeply about the children and families in our care.Your ImpactAspiranet is seeking a Support Counselor I to work one on one with a child and his or her care provider in their home or community, providing targeted interventions in support of identified behaviors. Aspiranet's programs offer services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, and reflective of best practice standards in the field.   • Meet with the child and caregiver to implement behavioral interventions as outlined in the service plan.
  • Ability to develop professional and supportive relationships with children, families, referring parties, collaborative partners and community providers.
Education & Work Experience
  • An Associate's Degree in a related field and one year related work experience or Bachelors Degree in a related field and six months related work experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish Required.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by funder and regulatory body; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
