- Craft and implement robust quality management systems to guarantee top-notch product and service quality.
- Uphold and enhance quality standards, policies, and procedures across the board.
- Supervise quality control processes, ensuring our products consistently uphold quality benchmarks.
- Perform routine quality audits and inspections to proactively identify and resolve quality challenges.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company protocols.
- Collaborate seamlessly with regulatory bodies and external auditors as the situation arises.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at elevating product quality and operational effectiveness.
- Introduce best practices that minimize defects, refine processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address quality-related risks to secure product integrity and safety.
- Formulate and execute risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and complaints to swiftly tackle quality concerns.
- Deploy initiatives designed to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and facilitate training programs to raise quality awareness and skill level throughout the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ensure the quality assurance team remains aligned with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, cultivating a culture centered on high performance and professional growth.

- Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CQE, CMQ/OE, or Lean Six Sigma are highly valuable.
- We are seeking an individual with 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in quality management, which includes a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Experience with quality management software and tools.
- Proficient in data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
- Salary starting at $150,000+ (based on experience) + Bonus structure
