- Achieve Volume Growth (double digit growth in the next 3 years) through creation of a long-term vision and strategy for both clusters (CARICAM & Mexico).
- Consistently evaluate your Region’s strategy and execution, pivoting when necessary.

- Net sales and gross margin for Food Service channel. Team account profitability.
- Responsible for Sales Target and overall account targets
- Budget, monitor and achieve sales budgets
- Plan, implement and evaluate account plans with the goal of maximizing sales value and increasing new distribution points
- Aggressively prospect and grow Food Service customers base while maintaining and developing strong business relationships with existing customers and key decision makers
- Ensure all Accounts Receivables are collected promptly and have a healthy financial P&L of the respective account
- Track, control and manage effective and efficient use of trade funds
- Corporate Service event management and coordination
- Participate and play a key role in Product/Demand and Sales/Marketing meetings
- Ensure timely submission of monthly management reports
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience in CPG (or related) industry
- Full Experience +15 years in food service: Restaurant, Café/Catering, Quick Casual Restaurant or Dry Mixes
- Experience developing Distributors, unlock growth and opportunities based on distributors capabilites
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, complex environment
- Experience of working in diverse teams with cross cultural stakeholders
- High results-oriented and capable to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
- High experience building effective relationships across all levels of the organization (Partnership for Impact) and coach/develop others
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to drive change, building long term vision plans.
- Full understanding of Foodservice customers and their needs considering global trends
- Strong influence skills and ability to influence across functions and business strategies
- Fluent in English, verbally and written. ( Ideal fluent in Spanish)
- MBA is an advantage
- Ideal to have technical Food service culinary fundations or background as corporate chef
- Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships as well as developing and implementing trade initiatives
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience of working in global teams with cross cultural stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence, develop, and motivate peers (Matrix Relationship Management)
