- Consult and coordinate with Product manager, Controller and other relevant stakeholders in Satellite Positioning Service Line on all levels. Follow directives from shared services and operational activities in the Service Line.
- Enable subscriptions as required by Satellite Positioning clients.
- Provide remote technical support on OmniSTAR hardware and solutions.
- Coordinate and support sales processes and sale contracts.
- Interact directly with clients to provide subscriptions and support.
- Monitor and report on sales activities.
- Adhere to Fugro policies and procedures.
- Ensure three-way match: Subscriptions / Invoicing / Payment.
- Close out open client support requests.
- Key performance indicators.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Secondary Vocational Education is preferred.
- Have one year of working experience required. A year of more of experience understanding a GPS/GNSS satellite positioning is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in twelve-hour shift system.
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
