- Collaborates in the day-to-day management of a project and scope. Works to identify project objectives and goals. Maintains project schedules and budgets for assigned projects.
- Prepares design and pricing documents for projects, including healthcare, academic, research, and administrative support facilities.
- Manage outside teams to ensure work is performed following UMMC standards.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; support Senior Architect in maintaining space program.
- Assist construction project managers and PDC team members in delivering a project.
- Interfaces with relevant parties to resolve problems and maintain progress; informs management of key activities and makes periodic progress reports.
