Here are several key aspect of the role:- CRM Management:- Regularly update and maintain various components of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness of data.- Monitor and manage the CRM database to support sales operations and initiatives effectively.- Report Generation:- Compile and prepare reports for the Sales Operations Manager as required, ensuring that all information is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.- Assist in the analysis of sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Inventory Management:- Assist Inventory Manager in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular checks and updating inventory records.- Data Entry and Administrative Support:- Perform various data entry tasks as needed, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.- Assist in the organization and scheduling of meetings, preparation of presentation materials, and other administrative tasks to support the Sales Operations Manager.Qualifications:- Strong proficiency in CRM software- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.This role is Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm with a pay range of $18-$20/hr DOEExcellent benefit package included with Job Offer.Express Office: Shreveport406 Turtle Creek DriveSuite AShreveport, LA 71115
