- Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members as needed.
- Keep documentation organized and up-to-date using tools like DocuSign, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Maintain and update the SharePoint site to ensure accessibility and accuracy for team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination tasks to support internal operations.
- Ensure the reception area remains presentable and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently, including emails and physical mail.
- Adapt to a dog-friendly workplace environment with ease.
- Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles with proven reliability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with documentation tools like DocuSign, Bluebeam, and Adobe.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and maintain a positive attitude.
