- Deliver and coordinate behavioral services in homes, centers, and community settings
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized behavior support plans
- Train caregivers and behavior technicians to implement positive strategies
- Monitor progress using data, modify goals as needed, and report outcomes
- Champion safety by identifying and escalating concerns when necessary
- Stay connected to best practices through ongoing supervision and collaboration
- Expand your competencies while working with adult clients with I/DD
- Collaborative clinical team environment with support and supervision.
- No On-call responsibilities
- Manageable caseload/workload
- Work with adults and children in home and community based settings, no clinic

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (preferred) or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or
- Other master's level, nationally certified or Colorado licensed provider, including but not limited to NCSP, LPC, LP, LSW, etc.,
- 2 years of experience developing and implementing behavioral support plans utilizing established approaches including Behavioral Analysis or Positive Behavioral Supports
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed (Denver metro, Fort Collins, Loveland, Johnstown, Greeley)
- A passion for advocacy, empowerment, and growth
- Must complete ongoing inservice training as mandated.
- Previous experience in designing and implementing positive behavior programs is preferred.
