The Program Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, developing and disciplining of direct care staff. The Program Supervisor ensures that all necessary documentation and procedures are in compliance with Joint Commission, Medicaid, and DCF/CSOC licensing/accreditation standards.
