Job Description:General Job DescriptionJob Summary:The Filing Clerk will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization. Will cover for other departments when needed.Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintains filing systems either manually or
  • Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Covers for various departments and positions based on
  • Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or
  • Performs other related duties as
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clerical experience
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at
