Summary of Position:Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, the Payroll Supervisor will oversee and supervise payroll operations across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and additional international locations. This role is critical in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance, while also driving process transformation and risk mitigation, and operational excellence.2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities:% ofTime1.Oversee end-to end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuringaccuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.50%2.Supervise payroll activities, including reconciliations, tax filings, benefits, deductions,and reporting.5%3.Identify and flag risks related to compliance, system controls, data accuracy, andprocess gaps; implement corrective actions to mitigate exposure.10%4.Partner with HR, Finance, and payroll vendor to resolve any payroll issues andensure alignment.5%5.Lead payroll process transformation initiatives to drive efficiency, strengthen controls,and enhance employee experience.5%6.Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws, tax regulations, andreporting requirements.5%7.Support payroll system upgrades, including and not limited to timekeeping enhancements.5%8.Provide coaching and guidance to payroll team. EducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or education/experience equivalency)B. ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience, including exposure to multi-country payroll administration preferred.C. Competencies & Attributes1. Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.2. Experience with payroll in Canada, Mexico, and other international countries strongly preferred.3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.4. Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel required5. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality6. Demonstrated ability to foster a respectful, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.7.
