The Price Cost Analysis, Associate Manager will lead a decentralized team of professionals dedicated to Material Acquisition Strategy and Affordability (MASA). This scope includes managing Line of Business (LoB) Integrators that support supplier capture strategy for long-range objectives, ensuring supplier proposal compliance with FAR 15 requirements, performing risk assessments during Negotiation Readiness Reviews, and monitoring project savings entry and closeout via the Affordability Savings Tool (AST). Specific duties will entail:THE WORK
- Partnering with Material Cost Estimating (MCE) to identify suppliers over the Certified Cost or Pricing Data (CCoPD) Threshold- Engaging and coordinating across multiple internal groups to ensure pricing strategies are consistent with existing arrangements to minimize risks and accelerate speed to contract- Leveraging acquisition strategies and relevant information between Program Teams and Global Supply Chain (GSC) to support the company's strategic plan and prime RFP requirements for new business and existing lines of business- Working with the supply base to ensure proposals are structured and priced in compliance with TINA and the FAR, as well as technical and contractual requirements.- Ensuring supplier's proposals are adequate at time of submission based on FAR 15.408 Table 15-2 and LM F330 Proposal Adequacy Checklist requirements.WHO WE ARE
