  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.
  • Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.
  • Flexible scheduling options.
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.
  • Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.
  • Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.

What we need from you.
  • Must be licensed in Maryland as a:
  • Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
  • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
This is a W2 fee-for-service position. During the first 90 days, compensation will be paid at a flat rate, after which it will transition to the standard fee-for-service payment structure.
  • LCSW-C & LCPC licensed therapists can expect a salaried rate of $82,400 annual in the first 90 days.
  • After the first 90 days, providers can expect $64.77 for diagnostic assessments and $51.07 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
  • LMSW & LGPC licensed therapists can expect to earn $67,980 annual in the 90 days.
  • After the first 90 days, providers can expect $52.51 for diagnostic assessments and $42.17 for 45 minutes follow up appointments.
