- Serve as a technical authority on Workday HCM, including core HR, benefits, payroll, and talent modules.
- Design, develop, and implement complex Workday configurations, integrations, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday, including data quality, performance, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents, including data mapping, integration flows, and configuration specifications.
- Lead the technical aspects of Workday projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Analyze and optimize existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement new Workday workflows to automate manual tasks and streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and train team members on Workday best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 8+yrs of Proven experience as a Workday HCM SME with a deep understanding of core HR, benefits, payroll, and talent modules.
- Strong technical skills, including Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Report Writer.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of1 a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Workday certifications preferred.
