- Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring all aspects from design to completion meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Create and manage project schedules, providing accurate forecasting and proactive risk management.
- Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure the selection of the best-fit partners for each project.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Control project budgets and make necessary adjustments to prevent cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Prepare and present progress reports to the client, including cost tracking and status updates.
- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing issues promptly.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
- AHCA experience preferred.
- Proven experience running projects with construction costs up to $50M, including overseeing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple contractors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- A solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
