We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to help oversee several commercial and healthcare construction projects in Central Florida. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget, while collaborating with contractors, architects, and the client.

Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring all aspects from design to completion meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
Create and manage project schedules, providing accurate forecasting and proactive risk management.
Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure the selection of the best-fit partners for each project.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Control project budgets and make necessary adjustments to prevent cost overruns.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Prepare and present progress reports to the client, including cost tracking and status updates.
Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing issues promptly.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent.
AHCA experience preferred.
Proven experience running projects with construction costs up to $50M, including overseeing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project delivery.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple contractors.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
A solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
