We provide a dynamic and supportive work environment where individuals can develop their skills, contribute meaningfully, and excel in a fast-paced, hands-on role.As an Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately reading blueprints, assembling large bus sections, and using various tools and equipment, including overhead cranes, grinders and hand tools. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands.Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm with 10% shift differential.WHAT WE OFFER

- Experience & Skills:
- Ability to read blueprints beyond a basic level, including orientation and symbols.
- Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers), grinders, and millimeter tape measures.
- Familiarity with swage equipment (pneumatic system for pinching materials).
- Comfortable using overhead cranes to move large equipment.
- Work Ethic & Expectations:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of thinking on the fly as projects evolve.
- Ability to collaborate across departments without a direct lead while maintaining respect and professionalism.
- Locate and install insulators on bus sections.
- Use millimeter tape measures and accurately interpret blueprints.
- Review and verify bills of materials (BOM).
- Operate grinders, hand tools, suage equipment, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Adapt to project-based work, adjusting to evolving designs and specifications.
