- Work together with clients to comprehend their strategic goals and technical needs.
- Design solutions for federal systems that are scalable and secure and capture the solutions in winning federal proposals.
- Develop materials and participate in major presentations to senior federal leadership.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, recommending and incorporating innovative approaches into our solutions.
- Experience supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Solutions Architect or overall Program-level Technical Lead (required). Trusted relationships with CMS client(s) - a plus!
- Experience developing briefings on complex technical topics and delivering presentations to senior and SES-level federal government leaders.
- Experience developing technical portions of federal proposals.
- Experience developing cloud-first solutions (with an emphasis on advanced data management and analytics).
- Experience as a Solutions Architect or Program Technical Lead supporting the Food and Drug Administration. Trusted relationships with FDA client(s) - a plus!
- Fifteen (15) years of total experience in IT, with at least three (3) at a federal agency.
- For eight (8) out of fifteen (15) years, served as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Technical Program Manager.
- Attend in-person meetings at CMS and FDA on a regular basis.
- Must be a US citizen or green card holder to perform this role
- Candidate must have established residency in the US for the past three (3) years.
