- Develop and execute a cohesive communications strategy aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and thought leadership goals.
- Serve as strategic advisor to the President, CEO, Technical Leaders and senior leadership on messaging for key initiatives, external speaking engagements, investor presentations, and internal communications.
- Cultivate relationships with business, industry, and tech media. Drive earned media strategy, including press releases, interviews, and editorial content.
- Work with Marketing Director and President to develop high-impact narratives, case studies, and content that showcase VulcanForms’ technological leadership and customer impact across industries.
- Build programs that reinforce culture, increase transparency, and align employees across teams, locations, and initiatives.
- Partner with commercial team to create communications that support lead generation, customer engagement, and market education.
- Establish KPIs for communications effectiveness and continually refine programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand strategy, preferably in advanced technology, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills, capable of translating complex technical ideas into compelling, accessible narratives.
- Demonstrated success managing communications for high-growth, innovative companies, including start-ups or early-stage ventures.
- Proven track record working directly with senior executives on strategic communication plans and high-visibility initiatives.
- Deep understanding of media relations, internal communications, crisis management, and integrated marketing programs.
- Strong executive presence, collaborative mindset, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial technologies is a significant plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of your time to key industry events.
