Senior Securities Operations Representative

• 6 months min experience in Operations with Financial, Securities, Investment or Brokerage experience, especially brokerage processing
• Financial operations experience is good, security operations experience is great.
• BETA, Smart Station, or other such back office processing systems -ideal NOT REQUIRED
• Call support experience could be helpful – will be supporting internal calls
• Basic Excel experience
• Sit with active team members for a few weeks for training, will participate in the team’s day to day.

• Take internal calls from financial advisors and their assistants in the field.
• An individual may take 10-15 calls in a day. Adjusting names from old names to new. Use the BETA back office system. Calls come in a queue that is answered by first person available.
• Process Corporate Actions, including mergers, physical certificates, reverse splits. – WILL TRAIN
